 Rob Calley BCMA: President, Certified Trainer, Production Climber.
Rob is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist #FL-6001B and ISA Certified Tree Risk Assessment Qualified. He is an TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional #1610 and Wildfire Risk Reduction Qualified. He  currently serves on the board  of the Florida Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture.

He is a 2019 recipient of the International “True Professional of Arboriculture” award. 
He is a certified trainer for the Tree Care Industry Association in chainsaw and chipper safety, and aerial rescue as well as an Instructor for the Florida Chapter of the ISA.

Steven Brown: Certified Arborist, Production Supervisor and Incidental Line Clearance Arborist.
Steven is an  ISA Certified Arborist, ISA certified Tree worker- climber specialist FL -9237AT  as well as a Qualified Tree Risk Assessor. Steve is a graduate of TCIA ” Aerial Rescue training program and chainsaw specialist “. He has been with Backridge tree service for ten years and is an incredible asset to our Backridge Family.

Pete Racine: Ground Crew Foreman/Driver.
Pete has been in the industry for 1000 years. Just kidding, but he’s been around. He is our war horse and his experience provides us with new wisdom everyday. He is a TCIA Certified Chainsaw Specialist. Graduate Of TCIA “Aerial Rescue training program”

J.T. Crouch: Climber , Lift Operations and Ground Operations,incidental Line Clearance Arborist.
J.T is a talented member of the Backridge tree service team. With his multi faceted skill set
he can fill any necessary role.

Devon Marchinko-ISA Certified Arborist and Lead Climber.

Devon is a great asset to the Backridge Team. From removals to pruning Devon brings an excellent skill set to get the job done safely and professionally.

Alicia Calley:  ISA Certified Arborist Office and Client Care Manager.

Alicia is the voice of Backridge Tree Service and we are so glad to have her. Alicia is an ISA Certified Arborist, ISA  Qualified Tree Risk Assessor,  Wildfire Risk Reduction Qualified and has her certificate in Urban Forestry. She is TCIA Chainsaw Certified and TCIA Aerial Rescue trained.
